Refund policy

At VOLTIVA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer free returns on all eligible items. To qualify, the product must be undamaged and in its original packaging (inside the box, with all accessories and documentation included). Items that are damaged, used beyond inspection, or returned without original packaging are not eligible.

To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: delivery times range from 48 hours to 2 weeks depending on demand. Shipping delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund unless the item has not arrived after 2 weeks. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
